No. 172 Table For Two

Katmai Falls in Alaska is famous for its salmon fishing; both to human fishermen and to the local Brown Bears.

Each year, mainly in July, the salmon swim upstream by the thousands to spawn and the bears come out, sometimes by the dozens, to feast.

The hard part for the photographer is to catch the two, both together and alive. You shoot a lot of film.
