No. 141 Lion Convention
I had been photographing a pride of about two dozen lions just after they finished with a kill when these nine cubs all got up from their places and headed for the same termite mound. It made for a great shot. Unfortunately, they were all facing away from me at first. My driver and I tried all kinds of tricks to get them to look at the camera, but nothing worked. Finally, a lioness gave one little growl and they all turned to look at her. Then, one by one, the got up and walked in her direction.
