No. 252 Horses in Storm-Tetons

While doing an art show in Jackson, WY a large black cloud appeared over a near by peak. Soon a

deluge ensued, closing the show for the day. I immediately headed into Grand Teton

National Park to find something to put in the foreground of the awesome storm.

I eventually found a large group of horses feeding in a meadow. I photographed different groups

of the horses with the ever changing light over the peaks in the background. I had a difficult

time choosing an image to print because there were so many good ones to chose from.

The light over the scene that evening has to be some of the best I have ever seen.
