No. 194 Flying Otter
I was photographing this adult river otter foraging along the Shields River not far from my home
in Montana when it decided it was time for some exercise. It ran back and forth across
the snow covered bank a few times before returning to the river to fish. Here, I caught it in
mid-stride with all four feet off the ground.
