No. 103 Fawn 'n Flowers

This little fellow is an orphan that a friend of mine was raising. When I went to visit him, I had no idea he had a young white-tail fawn in his household. When I found out, I immediately recalled a meadow filled with many different colors of wildflowers that I had seen as I approached his house. We asked the farmer who owned the meadow if we could take the deer into the field and he was more than happy to oblige. I thought it was going to be easy to get some great shots, but I soon found out otherwise. I couldn't get the little guy to look at me, even using all my little tricks I use on all sorts of wildlife. Finally, something I did made him look my way and I had time to snap just one photo.
