No. 254 Round 'em Up!

 

I photographed these cowboys rounding up a small group of horses in central Oregon.

It had been a particularily dry year and the dust the running horses creating was

staggering. Early in the morning, the low sunlight coming through the trees and

lighting up the flying dust was spectacular. However, it was difficult to breath every time they ran past me

and I think I still have some of that Oregon dust in my camera bag.
