No. 148 Baby Giraffes

I photographed these two young Masai Giraffes near the Masai Mara Reserve in Kenya. They, along with their mother's and probable father, were feeding in a grove of Acacia trees. During one whimsical moment, the two youngsters came together to have their portraits taken. If you look real close, you can see the umbilical cord hanging beneath the one on the right.
