No. 199 Washington Wolf

While on a photography trip to Oregon and Washington I stopped at a placed called Wolf Haven in southern

Washington. Wolf Haven is just that, a haven for wolves that nobody else wants. They get wolves from zoos, wildlife

parks and individuals who tried to rear them as pets. While the living conditions here are not ideal for the

animals, they are much better than the alternative. Photography is difficult here because of the rather small enclosures

but I managed to get one series of shots that looks almost "wild".
